- DevOps Background: Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
- AWS Cloud Services: Proficiency in AWS and cloud computing solutions.
- Version Control: Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Continuous Integration (CI): Proficiency in Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Python Programming: Ability to write and maintain Python code.
- Containerization: Experience with Docker for container management.
- Observability Tools: Knowledge of DataDog for monitoring and alerting.
- On-Call Support: Incident management with PagerDuty.
- Atlassian Suite: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
📌 Job Responsibilities

- 🚀 Provide technical support through internal help channels.
- 🚀 Maintain and improve the telemetry pipeline.
